Stable Block
College Green House

College Green House was designed in 1870 by James McKinnon for a wealthy general broker and commission merchant called Archibald McCollum. At the time the Botanic area would have been a suburb of Belfast and McCollum would have commuted into Belfast for business.

The property was of a very substantial size for a private house, complete with coach house and stables which were connected to the house with a private service yard.
